An investigation revealed the dog involved in this attack were actually German shepherd , pit bull and staffy mixes not pit bulls and it's understood only one dog was involved in the attack.

The unavoidable fact is 128 people have died as a result of attacks involving non pit bull type dogs in the last decade alone and if left in place Breed Specific Legislation ensures there'll be another 128 victims to non pit bull type dogs in the coming decade too?

Of the ten dog bite related fatalities listed on dogsbite four are alleged to ave involved pit bulls but there's nothing more then neighbors reports and owner opinions supporting the claims and in at least one case clearly the dogs were not pit bulls at all but Shepherd, staffy, pit bull mix.

So in essence 7 out of the ten dog bite related deaths in 2016 involved non purebred mixed breed mutts, that's 70%!!

Please explain again how breed specific legislation would have prevented these tragedies?

All the individuals supporting Bsl have an agenda and it revolves around hating pit bulls and wanting them all dead and they're willing to sacrifice all the victims of non pit bull type breeds in order to achieve their goal of exterminating pit bulls?

They're not safety advocates?
